Mr. Kasan's latest development project, the Holiday Inn Resort South Padre Island Beach Front, features a unique and expansive full-service beach resort property complete with (3) onsite bars, a restaurant, (3) large meeting venues - one of which is the largest open-air venue on South Padre Island, and over 200+ newly renovated guest rooms for guests to enjoy an idyllic vacation getaway on Texas's own tropical South Padre Island. This hotel is the result of Kasan's vision and reason for this honored award; the resort is spearheaded by GM, Rene Valdez.
