As Regional Director of Sales at Magnolia Hospitality Services, Cali Trowbridge aids in the training, coaching, and supporting of all MHS sales teams as it pertains to sales, digital marketing services, and brand initiatives as direct ways to drive revenue. Cali uses her vast experience and expertise in organizational procedures to create, plan, and implement relevant MHS initiatives.
Holding a M.A. of Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a B.A. in Psychology and Journalism, Cali has always thrived within the areas of business relationships and communications. Moreover, her background includes an extensive sales span across various market segments, as well as strong communications and media-focused content management. Cali’s previous professional background as Director of Sales for Marriott International and IHG hotels has since expanded to include Best Western and Choice Hotels, with her more recent roles focusing upon maximizing sales and marketing impact, optimizing online presence, managing revenue, and brand positioning - all of which have led her to become a significant asset to the MHS Team in her current role as Regional Director of Sales.
Cali attributes much of her personal success thus far to her family and mentors who have aided in various professional endeavors, as well as personal ones. A wife and mother of two, Cali remains busy in her personal time as well. She actively promotes the American Breast Cancer Foundation to encourage breast cancer research, as well as Autism Speaks - the latter of which is in honor of her special needs son. She is passionate toward her goals to educate, empower, and spread autism awareness.
